About this scholarship
Kansas waives tuition and required undergraduate fees at state colleges and technical schools for students who were in foster care. Each institution admits up to five new waiver students per year, so apply early.
Who can apply
Students who were in Kansas DCF custody at age 18, were released from custody before 18 after graduating or earning a GED while in foster care, or were adopted from foster care after their 16th birthday.
