National scholarship program for young people with foster care experience attending college or trade school, run in partnership with Chowan University.

Who can apply

Foster care experience, graduating high school senior or current college or trade school student; some award tiers require 36 months or more in care.

Every scholarship in this directory is exclusively for current or former foster youth. Read the sponsor’s own eligibility rules before you start — they decide who qualifies.
