About this scholarship
The Nevada System of Higher Education waives registration fees and certain lab fees at its colleges and universities for students who were in Nevada foster care. The waiver renews each semester with FAFSA completion and satisfactory academic progress.
Who can apply
Students who were in Nevada foster care as a ward of the court at age 13 or older, graduated from high school or earned a GED, and are under age 26.
Every scholarship in this directory is exclusively for current or former foster youth. Read the sponsor’s own eligibility rules before you start — they decide who qualifies.
