About this scholarship
The Children's Foundation of America awards scholarships of $5,000 per year (at the scholarship committee's discretion) to current and former foster youth continuing their education. Check the foundation's scholarship page for current application windows.
Who can apply
Open to current and former foster youth ages 16 to 24. Applicants must be graduating high school seniors or current undergraduates at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or trade school with at least a 2.0 GPA.
Every scholarship in this directory is exclusively for current or former foster youth. Read the sponsor’s own eligibility rules before you start — they decide who qualifies.
