About this scholarship
New Hampshire waives tuition and mandatory fees in the University System and Community College System of New Hampshire for students who were in foster care. Waivers are limited each year and require annual reapplication.
Who can apply
Students who were in New Hampshire foster care for the six months before their 18th birthday, were in state guardianship or custody at age 18, or entered guardianship from foster care at 18. Available to students under age 26.
