Renewable scholarship (up to four years) for West Virginia residents who spent time in foster care.

Who can apply

West Virginia resident who spent time in foster care or as a ward of the state, with financial need, a GPA of 2.5 or higher, and full-time enrollment in a 2- or 4-year program.
