$2,000 scholarship ($1,000 disbursed in August and $1,000 in January) for Black Iowa students with foster care or kinship care experience.

Who can apply

Black or African American Iowa resident, high school or GED graduate, currently or formerly in foster care, kinship care, or out-of-home placement, pursuing a trade school, associate, bachelor's, or master's program.
