About this scholarship
Indiana's 21st Century Scholars program covers tuition and regularly assessed fees at Indiana public colleges. Foster care youth get a special enrollment window: they can sign up through high school graduation instead of the usual 7th or 8th grade deadline, via ScholarTrack.
Who can apply
Indiana students in foster care. Foster youth may enroll through high school graduation rather than the standard early-deadline, and must meet the program's income, GPA, and pledge requirements.

How to submit your application

- 2. Gather your documents. Use the checklist to the side so you are not scrambling at the last minute.
