About this scholarship
Kentucky waives tuition and mandatory fees at state public colleges, universities, and technical schools for current and former foster youth and children adopted from foster care.
Who can apply
Current and former Kentucky foster youth, children adopted from foster care, and youth in guardianship placements. The waiver covers up to 150 credit hours or until age 28 at Kentucky public postsecondary institutions.
