Who can apply

Current or former foster youth age 24 or younger whose foster care originated in Ventura County or who reside there; attending community college, trade or technical school, a 4-year college, or a master's program.

Every scholarship in this directory is exclusively for current or former foster youth. Read the sponsor’s own eligibility rules before you start — they decide who qualifies.

How to submit your application

4. 4. Save your confirmation. Keep the confirmation email or reference number, and follow up with the sponsor if you do not hear back.
