Support program for New York City youth aging out of foster care who are starting college or vocational training, combining monthly living-expense support, textbook and tuition help, a move-in allowance, and mentoring.

Who can apply

Currently in or aged out of the New York City foster care system and enrolling in a post-secondary program.
