About this scholarship

State opportunity scholarship with funding set aside for Idaho youth who spent time in foster care.

Who can apply

Idaho resident who was in Idaho foster care for at least one year before turning 18 or was adopted from the system, 2.0 or higher GPA, with FAFSA-documented financial need.
