Covers tuition and fees at any of Virginia's community colleges, paired with coaching and mentoring through the Great Expectations program.
Who can apply
Was in foster care, in the custody of social services, or in a special needs adoption at the time of high school completion; Virginia resident enrolled at least half time or in a non-credit workforce program.

How to submit your application

- 2. Gather your documents. Use the checklist to the side so you are not scrambling at the last minute.

- 4. Save your confirmation. Keep the confirmation email or reference number, and follow up with the sponsor if you do not hear back.
