About this scholarship
Virginia's Tuition Grant for Foster Youth covers tuition and fees at Virginia Community Colleges for students who were in foster care or social services custody when they finished high school. The Great Expectations program helps students enroll and stay on track.
Who can apply
Students who were in foster care, in the custody of a social services agency, or a special needs adoption at the time of high school graduation or GED completion.
