Chafee voucher covering tuition, room and board, books, a laptop, transportation and child care for Virginia foster youth.

Who can apply

Ages 14 to 25 with a high school diploma or GED, in Virginia foster care or Fostering Futures, or who left care after 18, adoption or kinship guardianship.
