Statutory waiver of tuition and mandatory fees at West Virginia public colleges and universities, for up to four years.
Who can apply
Graduated high school or earned a GED while in state legal custody, was in foster or residential care for at least the year before graduating, and is accepted at a West Virginia public institution; must apply within two years of finishing high school.
