About this scholarship

Federal Chafee-funded voucher that helps Wyoming foster youth pay for college, university or vocational training costs, including tuition, books and living expenses.

Who can apply

Youth who were in Wyoming foster care for at least 12 months after age 14, or who left care at 18, or entered adoption or guardianship after 16; must be under 26.

Every scholarship in this directory is exclusively for current or former foster youth. Read the sponsor’s own eligibility rules before you start — they decide who qualifies.

How to submit your application

  2. 2. Gather your documents. Use the checklist to the side so you are not scrambling at the last minute.
